1) VISIT OUR RETURNS PORTAL BY clicking HERE

2) Provide your order number and ZIP code (or start with an email)

• If you would like the same item but different size or color, please select 'exchange size or color'

• If you would like a different style/item, please select 'shop for something new'

• If you would like a refund, please select return, and while you will receive PMNYC Instant Credit, you don't have to use it. We will process your refund as usual, once we receive the package

*Please note that exchange and repurchase orders (orders placed with PMNYC Instant Credit) can be returned only for a refund.

3) Include the packing slip in the box and drop it off at your local U.S. Post Office

It’s as easy as that! We will notify you once the package is received, and process your request right away. Usually takes no more than a few days once the package is received, and we'll keep you posted along the way.
