In Good Company: Ronald Torreyes

In our In Good Company features, we shine the spotlight on not-so-tall guys who are making a mark in this world. This week we'd like to introduce you to Ronald Torreyes, the 5'7" infielder for the New York Yankees.

Torreyes, who was just called up from Triple A, is a partner with Peter Manning NYC and wears our clothes. 

Nicknamed "Toe," Torreyes, who is from Venezuela, is a fan favorite who can play second base, shortstop, third base and even in the outfield if needed.

He's been very productive in his two plus years with the Yankees, hitting .286/.315/.379 with 62 runs scored, 28 doubles, four home runs and 54 RBIs in 535 at-bats.

"We are in a 20-day stretch and [Torreyes] can play a lot of different positions for us,’’ Yankees general manager Brian Cashman told the New York Post.

Torreyes has declared that no other clothes fit him better than Peter Manning. And we have to admit he looks great in our Essex Suit (pictured above).
