Role would include projects both big and small - so flexibility and multi-tasking important. Good energy and attitude are key as well. Customer Service Representative/Fit Shop Associate

Looking for an experienced customer service rep with good interpersonal skills, judgment and high energy. Previous experience working with customers in retail environment and preferably on phone. Time will be split between answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, and assisting customers in the shop. Our office and shop are based in the Flatiron district of New York City-  job cannot be done remotely.  Opportunities to grow with the company.
