Returns & Exchanges

1) Visit our returns portal by clicking HERE or you can drop off your return at our Fit Shop

2) Provide your order number and ZIP code or email to start

• If you would like the same item but different size, please select 'Exchange for new size'

• If you would like the same item but different color, please select 'Exchange for a new color or style'

• If you would like to get a refund or something new (or different fit), please select 'Return item or get something new'

3) Include the packing slip in the box and drop it off at your local U.S. Post Office

It’s as easy as that! We will notify you once the package is received, and process your request right away. Usually takes no more than 5 to 10 business days once the package is received, and we'll make sure to notify you once it's processed.
